"Black Friday Tips + Wishlist"

There are two types of people on Black Frday. Those who go shopping and buy everything they can get their hands around (me last year) and those who plan what they want to get, ste a budget, and win the system. I don't know about you, but this year I am trying to be the last one and here I will show you how you can win at Black Friday, too.

Make a Wishlist
Keep in mind that you are going to be tempted by all the pretty clothes and the ambiance. So, a couple days before, sit down and actually think what you need or really want.

I had been dying for some white booties for a while now. They look so pretty and cute. Totally going to get a pair this weekend. I also love sweaters (like everyone duh!) but do I really need 20+ sweaters? Sadly, no sweaters. Jk... maybe a really cozy one.

Look at Prices Ahead of Time
Many stores that like to take advantage on their customers (yeah, I'm judging them) like to raise their prices and change the price tags; so when they announce the 50% off it is actually not half price...

Don't fall on these traps! be an informed customer.

On the other hand, there are many stores offering big sales and promotions the days before black Friday and cyber Monday. Some of them are really good deals, but i had been so busy with school I haven't really had time to check them out oops.

Get Familiar with the Sales
Look on the stores websites, Instagram pages, and even newspapers... what? Some people still do it the old way I guess... Also, get familiar with the return policy and the policy on use of giftcards and extra coupons. This can save you some real cash!

Pro Tip: If buying online, make sure to use cash backs apps.

Stay Focused on the Battlefield
And I mean do not, I repeat, do NOT let the spirit of Black Friday push you to splurge on useless stuff. Do you really need 10 pairs of socks? What about a second hair curler? Stay focused and stick to your wishlist.

But Treat Yourself
Yeah... don't be too hard on yourself. If you find something really, really pretty and you feel that your life will never be the same if you don't have it (I'm not dramatic I swear...) then go ahead and buy it.

My Wishlist
So, my wishlist is mainly from Express, American Eagle, and Macy's. I had literally been obsessed with all the sweaters and sweater dresses from AE. Also, Express have the most amazing dresses and outfits for all your Christmas parties and events. I also included Macy's cause I really need some rainboots and I looove how white boots complete a fashionable look.

Happy Shopping!
Don't forget to pin it :)
